The part that makes a floor last
Finishes built for everyday use
Your home protected, the site left clean
No pressure, no obligation
Oil drips, hot tires, dropped tools, road debris and summer heat. Bare concrete stains, dusts and cracks, and the room that could be the most useful in the house ends up feeling like the least finished.
Etching cleans the surface but leaves little for the coating to grip.
Store-bought epoxy is often too thin to stand up to tires and traffic.
Cracks, old sealers and dust left behind show up later as lifting and bubbles.
Garage floors
Park on it, work on it, hose it off. A decorative flake system that hides dust and wear and cleans up with a mop.
Give exterior concrete a finished surface that feels like part of the home, not an afterthought.
Shops, showrooms, warehouses and light-commercial spaces that need a floor that can take real work.

Layer thicknesses exaggerated for clarity.
Every TUSK floor is built in the same six steps, in the same order, to the same written standard. Tap a step to see where it sits in your floor.
We check moisture, slab temperature and existing damage, and photograph it before any work starts.
The whole floor is diamond-ground with dust collection running, opening the surface so the coating can grip.
Cracks are routed and filled and spalls patched, then allowed to cure before we coat over them.
The basecoat goes down and decorative flake is broadcast into it while it’s wet, then scraped smooth.
A clear polyaspartic topcoat locks in the flake and takes the abuse.
We inspect the floor with you and explain exactly when you can walk on it, park on it and use it fully.

Grinding is the slowest, dustiest part of the job. It’s also the part we won’t shortcut, on any floor.
TuskCoat™ basecoat, flake and topcoat are specified to work together and applied to written installation standards.
Don’t want to empty it yourself? Add our contents service. We move everything out, store it, and put it back when the floor is ready.
Curb walls under six inches are part of a standard install, not an add-on. And we’ll never cut prep to hit a price.
Most coating problems come from shortcuts: a rushed etch, a thin coat, a crew that’s gone before the floor has cured. We built TUSK Floors around doing it the other way, with every floor ground, repaired, coated and sealed as one system.
We protect your home, keep the job site clean and walk you through the finished floor before we leave.
Picture it done: a clean, bright floor you can park on, work on and hose off, that still looks this good years from now.
It takes about a minute.
We inspect the concrete and recommend the right system.
We install it, walk it with you, and stand behind it.

Every garage is different, so pricing depends on the size and condition of the concrete, the coating system selected, and any repairs or preparation required. TUSK provides a clear estimate before work begins, so you’ll know exactly what your project involves and what it will cost.
Most residential garage-floor projects can be completed quickly, within 1-2 days. The exact schedule depends on the condition of the concrete, repairs needed, and the coating system being installed. Your TUSK professional will explain the installation and cure schedule before the project begins.
“Epoxy flooring” is often used as a catch-all term for coated concrete, but epoxy and polyaspartic coatings are different materials with different characteristics. Polyaspartic systems can offer faster curing, strong durability, and good resistance to UV exposure, while epoxy can be useful in certain applications. Rather than forcing one material onto every floor, TUSK recommends a system based on the space, concrete condition, and intended use.
A professionally installed coating system is designed for long-term adhesion, but preparation is critical. Many coating failures begin underneath the finish because the concrete wasn’t properly prepared or existing conditions weren't addressed. That’s why TUSK puts so much emphasis on preparation before the first coat goes down.
Cracks and surface defects are evaluated during preparation and repaired where appropriate before coating. Concrete naturally moves over time, however, so no repair can guarantee that a crack will never reappear. We’ll identify existing conditions and explain what can reasonably be expected before installation.
Absolutely. Older concrete can often be an excellent candidate for a coating system. The important question isn't simply its age—it's its condition. TUSK evaluates the surface, prepares it properly, addresses appropriate repairs, and determines whether it's suitable for coating.
That depends on the coating system, temperature, humidity, and other installation conditions. Your TUSK installer will give you specific instructions for foot traffic, replacing items in the garage, and vehicle traffic after your installation. Don't rush it—the final cure is part of getting the floor right.
Routine maintenance is simple. Sweep or blow away loose dirt and debris, then clean as needed with water and an appropriate mild cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods unless specifically approved for your coating system. We'll provide care instructions after installation.
TUSK offers a wide selection of colors and decorative flake combinations designed to complement different homes and spaces—from subtle, natural blends to darker, more dramatic finishes. Your TUSK professional can show you available options and help you choose a finish that works with your space.
